Meyer Najem actively participates in stimulating opportunities for the diversity sector of the construction industry. As part of our Diversity Development Program, Meyer Najem will evaluate each subcontractor bid and make a recommendation for contract award.

Meyer Najem’s Diversity Development Program (DDP) has been successful in identifying and developing qualified MBE/DBE/WBE firms.

Minority and disadvantaged business enterprise firms will be identified and, where possible, bid packages will be tailored to create potential opportunities for these firms, based upon the Owner’s recommendation.
