Throughout Meyer Najem’s years in business, we have not had any State, Federal, OSHA, EPA, or Labor violations. Our current EMR is .69% which places Meyer Najem into a select group of top contractors in the region. We are not only a member of MICCS (Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety), but also a MICCS Safety Certified company. This level of safety achievement has only been earned by a select few firms in central Indiana. Our company maintains a strong substance abuse program and complies with the MICCS Substance Abuse guidelines. We have also achieved recognition as a Certified Partner with the Indiana Department of Labor and IOSHA, one of only twelve firms in Central Indiana. We have consecutively won ABC (Associated Builders and Contractions) STEP Platinum Level Safety Awards, as well as MICCS Safety Awards in both the General Contracting and Construction Management categories.
