This new medical clinic will span more than 135,000 SF, 9,468 of those SF will be usable space and the parking lot will hold 500 parking spots. The services of the present VA clinic will be substantially expanded with this new addition and will include more diagnostic equipment and more staff specialists. Once completed, the size of the existing facility will double.
This project includes a new two-story and five-story addition totaling 238,909 square feet, a 1,000-square-foot power plant addition, and 94,540-square-foot renovation. The new addition features an expanded emergency department, radiology department, outpatient surgery, APC, pain management center, PACE, blood draw facility and morgue. This 131,000-square-foot, three-story, plus penthouse addition included reshaping the existing north parking lot to accommodate the additional parking needed for the expansion. The second and third floors comprise 46,000 square feet. The second floor houses four operating rooms with housed sterilizers, sub-sterilizers, washers, inpatient holding, and staff locker rooms. The third floor encompasses patient and bariatric rooms, intensive care unit, two nurse stations, employee lounges, offices and a classroom.
This 96,000-square-foot project consists of a new three-story medical office building that ties into the existing hospital. The new facility encompasses a new family practice and pediatric suite, patient rooms, rehabilitation center, wound care center, women’s center, pharmacy and exam rooms.
This 54,535-square-foot project consists of an emergency department expansion that consists of a CT diagnostic center, additional waiting and six new fast-track exam rooms with modifications made to the staff lounge and locker area. The 28,000-square-foot, third floor build-out now houses 16 medical-surgical rooms, nine post partum rooms, five flex rooms, level 1 and 2 nurseries and a new air-handling unit. The current floor layout can now operate as two separate units.
This 130,000-square-foot, three-story, state-of-the-art pavilion is composed of maternity services, imaging and women’s diagnostics, prenatal and birthing classrooms, a health library, pharmacy and retail shops.
This 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is located on 42-acres. The facility is comprised of a new 35,000-square-foot hospital and 40,000 square feet of clinical services. The hospital features four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, six post anesthesia care unit (PACU) bays, 15 pre-op/stage 2/APS bays, outpatient therapy, and an MRI room.
