This 33-bed, 10,000-square-foot fraternity house has been given a complete renovation since its abandonment in 2002. The project included demolition of the interior, including all mechanical systems. Added were new windows, roof systems and tuck-pointing limestone exterior.
This 20,500-square-foot project consists of a single-story addition and a 10,000-square-foot renovation that expands the emergency department from 11,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet. Its 15 semi-private patient rooms have been replaced with 26 all-private patient rooms equipped with the most advanced emergency technology.
A new 18,336-square-foot, full-service fire station that consist of four apparatus bays, a police substation, offices and a training room.
The 40,000-square-foot building renovations consist of new mechanical, electrical and communication system with energy efficient windows and doors. The interior layout will feature restroom, offices and lobby space weith additional finishes throughout the building. Sitework includes a new bus drop-off drive and water lines for both domestic and fire protection as well as additional parking.
