New 42,000 SF corporate headquarters completed in the summer of 2017. The four-story building houses a restaurant on the first floor with outdoor dining, office space on the second floor, and BlueSky’s headquarters on the third and fourth floors. An outdoor terrace off the common breakroom area on the fourth floor provides BlueSky with scenic views of historic downtown Noblesville and the new Federal Hills Commons area.

Brownsburg Lincoln Elementary


Lincoln Elementary was in need of a new elementary school to accommodate for the increasing number of incoming students to the thriving Brownsburg community. The challenge was to build a new, ground-up structure adjacent to the current building, all while normal school hours and operations took place. Preparations were needed to be sure that school students and faculty were not harmed or interrupted throughout the process.
