INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
This project consisted of a 44,000 SF addition and renovation to an existing building, including the addition of an outdoor storage area. The interior renovation included an audio box room, corporate office area, marketing workspace and research and development workspace.
WEST LAFAYETTE, INDIANA
New 3,360 SF modular facility with two 3T MRI units. The shielding (lead) in each MRI room needed to be designed to the specific magnet in the MRI unit. The MRI machines focus on human sciences research for the College of Health and Human Sciences and the College of Engineering.
PARIS, ILLINOIS
A 50,000 SF renovation and addition to the Paris Community Hospital. Renovations were completed in 26 patient rooms. A central plant and a physician office building was added to the hospital to help with the daily functions of the hospital and a connector to the mobile MRI.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
New 51,000 SF medical facility for St. Vincent. The Oncology Department is on the first floor and the Hematology Oncology of Indiana, which performs surgical, medical, and gynecological oncology services to patients, is housed on the second floor.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
This project included a renovation and addition of 54,500 SF at an existing hospital. The Emergency Department was renovated and expanded during this project and six new Fast Track Exam Rooms were added to the Emergency Department. Both the ICU and PCU renovations allowed the area to function as two separate units.
MISHAWAKA, INDIANA
New 67,000 SF single-story assisted living facility. The center hallway of the facility includes amenities such as an ice cream parlor, hair salon, and a theatre.
MARION, INDIANA
New 65,650 SF single-story assisted living facility. This facility offers residents multiple recreational amenities and a physical therapy room for residents to work with physical therapists.
NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA
A 68,000 SF single-story, assisted living and memory care facility. This facility features a physical therapy room for residents to work on their mobility with physical therapists.
LAFAYETTE, INDIANA
A 65,509 SF single-story, assisted living and memory care facility. There are conference rooms and offices for staff members and a physical therapy room for patients.
