Northern Tool + Equipment, a growing tool and equipment retailer with more than 100 stores in 21 states, has entered Indiana with two Indianapolis stores that opened in late 2019. The South location is a ground-up, 22,160-square foot facility located off of Victory Drive, Emerson and I465 on the south side of Indianapolis. The building structure was constructed with CMU Load bearing walls, and structural steel columns and bar joists. It includes 1,604-square feet of office, restroom and break room spaces, 14,586-square feet of sales area, as well as 5,970-square feet of warehouse space.
