In the city of Warsaw, the Warsaw Parks Department has long been dedicated to providing the community with exceptional recreational opportunities. The Warsaw Parks Maintenance Building project was initiated with the aim of constructing a state-of-the-art facility that would serve as the center for the Parks Department.
Speedway, Indiana
The Speedway Municipal Center was a 42,000 square foot renovation to an existing two-story building. Originally a bank and office building, Meyer Najem transformed the building into the Town of Speedway’s new town hall and police headquarters.
Fishers, Indiana
The Nickel Plate Trail and Tunnel project is comprised of approximately 1.25 miles of new construction, including a new pedestrian tunnel under 116th Street, a pedestrian bridge, and landscaping/new lighting features throughout.
Whiteland, Indiana
The Johnson County Public Library Project is 17,000 sq ft of new construction consisting of an adult learning center, interactive children’s space, and nature trail with plans for community gardens.
Tipton, Indiana
Meyer Najem partnered with HAND, an organization that addresses the housing needs of low and moderate-income individuals, families, and senior citizens, to build five 1,000 square foot houses in Tipton, Indiana.
Avon, Indiana
Meyer Najem recently completed work on the Washington Township of Avon Fire Department Station 144. The 10,217 square foot project broke ground in June of 2021 and was completed on time and on budget. Meyer Najem served as the Construction Manager and also utilized our self-performance team on the project.
Indianapolis, Indiana
The shop’s newest location in downtown Indianapolis was a build-out that included many moving parts. From a new kitchen and cook line, to pastry bar and gelato area, the existing space was transformed into an area that they could call their own.
Carmel, Indiana
Located in the heart of Carmel, the 40-bed rehab hospital will provide comprehensive rehab for people who have suffered a debilitating disease or illness.
Columbus, Georgia
The 70,000 square foot Columbus, GA VA Outpatient Clinic was built over the course of 18 months, starting in June of 2020. The project faced many unique challenges including supply chain issues and unforeseen rock that required blasting.
