GREENFIELD, INDIANA (LEED SILVER)
A 26,400 SF interior office renovation with multiple glass offices that allow natural light to flow into the space. Locally-sourced materials were used during the construction of this project, which earned a LEED Silver designation.
Kenra Corporate Office

A 17,684 SF office build-out featuring an open-ceiling concept with storefront dividing walls. Brick walls are exposed throughout the office area and the original architectural columns were incorporated in the office layout.
Pharmakon
NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA
This project included an 34,000 SF interior renovation and 52,000 SF addition of an existing building. The 52,000-square foot addition was designed as a packaging and distribution facility and includes offices, storage, employee support spaces and clean rooms. A portion of the addition was left shelled out for future expansion.

Tenant build-out of multiple locations over 2,400 SF. Commercial kitchen equipment was installed at both locations and the renovations included an upgrade of MEPs and custom flame paint on the walls.

Two design-build tenant improvements for restaurants. These interior renovations involved selective demolition throughout the building. Unique, custom kitchen hoods were placed in each location.
