Trilogy Health Services, Prairie Lakes Health Campus

Prairie Lakes Health Campus put 80 beds on one floor in Noblesville, 68,000 SF of skilled nursing and assisted living, so residents can move through the whole building without stairs or an elevator.

The central corridor runs as a Main Street, with an ice cream parlor, a hair salon, and a theater opening off it the way shops open onto a sidewalk. Pergolas and garden rooms extend that outdoors, giving residents secure access to fresh air without leaving the campus.

Physical therapy space serves residents rebuilding mobility, and multiple dining rooms, a community room, and conference space fill out the building.
