In 1987, Karl Meyer and Anthony Najem founded Meyer Najem with the intention of strengthening communities through well-crafted buildings, providing intentional guidance and having a passion for people.
With that foundation, we have been providing construction management services throughout the Midwest and beyond, focusing on all aspects of a community including corporate, commercial, healthcare, educational, municipal, senior living, as well as sports and recreational facilities, because we believe each of our projects, no matter the size or type, plays an important role in a healthy community.
From preconstruction through completion and beyond, we are committed to client satisfaction. The foundation for developing a long-term relationship is built on consistently delivering on promises and exceeding expectations. We know that teamwork, proactive management and continuous communication are instrumental in a successful construction project, earning trust through honesty, integrity and professionalism.
