At Meyer Najem, we believe a community is more than a collection of buildings. It is an orchestra of intentional places, people, and energy. A strong foundation matters, but it is relationships and responsible leadership that allow a community to truly thrive. That belief follows us into every community we build in, and it shapes how we show up long after a project is complete.
Our team members drive that commitment, reaching out to help people in need wherever we work. Since 1987, Meyer Najem has supported more than 100 nonprofits and given more than $1 million to local, regional, and national organizations, from the American Heart Association and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis to the Ronald McDonald House, Hunger Fight, Stuff the Bus, the Humane Society of Hamilton County, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Serving Community
Each year, Meyer Najem team members collect winter outerwear for the Dayspring Center, donate toys to the Westminster Neighborhood Services, and hold a Thanksgiving food drive for the Delaware Township Food Pantry. Our competitive food drive encourages 100 percent employee participation, typically resulting in more than 40,000 servings of food for deserving families at Thanksgiving.
