Our sustainable approach to construction sometimes means restoring what may have been lost.
Sandorf Park was built on a 1930s industrial landfill that left the grounds with high levels of lead and arsenic. We partnered with the City of Indianapolis, Indy Parks, and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to remediate the site, reopening it in 2020 as a thriving community park.
