Building Performance

Never an after thought, integrated at

every phase

Our Building Performance Group delivers dedicated MEP expertise across every phase of a project, functioning as a specialized layer of technical oversight that operates alongside but separate from the core project team.

From preconstruction through final closeout, the group identifies cost-saving opportunities, reviews drawings and specifications, conducts site inspections, supports MEP coordination, and performs thermal inspections of the building envelope to catch issues before they become problems. At handover, they assist with equipment startups, testing and commissioning to confirm all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are performing to spec. Their involvement is particularly valuable on complex projects such as school renovations, laboratories, and healthcare facilities, where precision protects both the schedule and the owner’s investment.
