We believe that there is Strength in Community.

Community

Embracing the greater good of our communities.

At Meyer Najem we believe that a community is more than a collection of buildings. It is an orchestra of intentional places, people, and energy. While a great foundation is necessary, strong relationships and responsible leadership are what allow a community to thrive.

Initiatives from our team members help fuel the fire in reaching out to help people in need. Since 1987, Meyer Najem has supported more than 100 nonprofits and has given more than $1 million to local, regional, and national organizations—ranging from the American Heart Association and YMCA of Greater Indianapolis to the Humane Society of Hamilton County and Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Serving the Community.

Each year, Meyer Najem team members collect winter outerwear for the Dayspring Center, donate toys to the Westminster Neighborhood Services, and hold a Thanksgiving food drive for the Delaware Township Food Pantry. Our competitive food drive encourages 100 percent employee participation, typically resulting in more than 40,000 servings of food for deserving families at Thanksgiving.
