Bank of America, Speedway Financial Center and Drive Thru

Bank of America’s Speedway financial center is a 4,400 SF branch built from the ground up. A stucco and metal panel exterior sits around a structural steel structure that includes an entrance canopy, drive-through and ATM, parking, landscaping, and an illuminated monument sign completing the site. A wet fall put the schedule under pressure early on. The team worked weekends to close the building in ahead of winter, and turnover landed on schedule.

Speedway is one of six financial centers Meyer Najem has delivered for Bank of America across the Indianapolis metro, four built from the ground up and two as renovations to existing branches. Working the same prototype across different sites has given our team a deep familiarity with how these buildings go together, and Bank of America a partner who does not have to learn the standards twice.
