Centier Bank Brownsburg, Renovations

Centier Bank came to us with a former Chase branch in Brownsburg and a date it needed to open. The 3,700 SF interior renovation turned the space into a Centier location, with new casework throughout, a reworked layout, updated finishes, and new exterior signage.

The schedule drove everything. We stacked trades to work concurrently in the same spaces, coordinating day by day so crews stayed clear of one another. Through fast-track delivery, the branch opened in under three months, Centier’s first in Hendricks County.
