Graeter’s Ice Cream, Westfield

Graeter’s Ice Cream brought its Westfield store to Legends Crossing, and we built it from the ground up. The 4,500 SF building centers on the ice cream service counter, with a main dining room, a drive-through, and a covered outdoor patio for warm evenings.

A dedicated party room gives families somewhere to hold a birthday, which is most of what an ice cream shop is for. Back of house runs the operation, with a walk-in freezer sized for the product Graeter’s is known for.

The work covered the whole site, from grading and utilities through storm systems, site lighting, and landscaping.
