Telix Pharmaceuticals, US Corporate Headquarters

Telix Pharmaceuticals develops diagnostic and therapeutic products using targeted radiation, working from Melbourne across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. When the company chose Fishers for its US corporate headquarters, we built it.

Telix Americas had gone from four employees to 100 in just over three years. The 9,700 SF buildout took shell space in the Crew building near I-69 and 116th Street and turned it into offices, conference rooms, meeting and common areas, and a kitchen and café, with room left for the hiring still to come.

Through design-build delivery, design and construction advanced together instead of one after the other. The finished headquarters came together in a fast-track approach and was completed within ten weeks.
