Town of Fortville, Town Hall and Maintenance Building Renovations

The Town of Fortville brought its town hall up to date, and Meyer Najem delivered the 10,200 SF renovation.

The work ran through the whole building, from masonry and glazing to doors and hardware, casework, flooring, and signage. Alongside it, we coordinated the vendors the town had contracted directly for data and IT, security and access control, and audio visual, so those systems came in on the construction schedule instead of trailing behind it.

Public buildings run on public schedules. The completion date was set before the work started, and the sequence was built to meet it.
