Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Preschool Addition and Renovations

Our Lady of Grace in Noblesville is building a preschool, and the project is arranged so the parish never has to work around itself.

Phase I is a new 14,850 SF preschool wing, built from the ground up: site utilities, foundations, block masonry, structural framing, roofing, full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and interior finishes down to casework and doors.

Phase II starts once that wing opens and the parish offices move into it. The space they leave behind gets its own renovation, roughly 9,500 SF taken back to framing and rebuilt with new systems and finishes.

Through creative sequencing, we will save the parish from running its offices out of a temporary space for a year.
