US Fertility, IVF Florida Reproductive Associates

This 13,860 SF renovation converted a one-story commercial shell in Jacksonville, originally planned for multiple tenants, into a regional fertility care center for IVF Florida Reproductive Associates. The facility brings three healthcare environments under one roof: a clinical suite with four exam rooms and four consultation rooms, a procedural suite with one procedure room and four patient bays, and andrology and embryology laboratories.

Behind the walls, new medical gas, emergency power, and dedicated heating and cooling zones support the procedural and laboratory spaces, and laboratory systems were tested before sensitive equipment arrived. Reception and consultation areas were finished for warmth and privacy. The result is a welcoming, private place for patients across the region to receive fertility care close to home.
