USFP, Department of Veterans Affairs, Jacksonville North Outpatient Clinic and Domiciliary

This 220,000 SF healthcare campus in Jacksonville serves one of the largest veteran populations in the United States, meeting growing demand for veteran services across North Florida and South Georgia. The campus pairs a two-story Outpatient Clinic with a one-story, 30-bed Domiciliary, the first pairing of its kind.

A covered walkway connects the two buildings, giving veterans and staff a sheltered path between outpatient care and residential treatment. Local trade partners, selected on merit from both union and non-union firms, helped build the campus. The result is a single, connected place where veterans can receive the care and support they need close to home.
