Four Day Ray Brewery, Multi-Use Development

Four Day Ray Brewing put a brewery, a taproom, a scratch kitchen, and offices into 19,700 SF in downtown Fishers.

The building was made to open up. A wall of overhead doors lifts the dining room onto the patio, turning the whole front of the restaurant into outdoor seating on a good evening. Inside, the finishes were built rather than bought: a bar top pieced together from reclaimed wood in mixed colors, exposed steel and timber overhead, and brick that reads like the building has been on the corner longer than it has.

Upstairs, office space rounds out the mixed-use program, so the building works on a Tuesday morning as well as a Friday night.
