TownePlace Suites in Bloomington was built for guests staying longer than a night. The three-story, 47,000 SF hotel holds 83 suites in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, each with a full kitchen.

The building was designed to feel residential rather than institutional, with internal corridors, an elevator serving the upper floors, and a lobby built around a fireplace. An exercise room, guest laundry, and business center cover the practical side of a long stay. Outside are a pool, a sun deck, and a barbecue area.
