Life’s Journey of Avon

The 22,000-square foot, single-story facility was designed for the hospice patient, their families, and the hospice provider. The facility includes 20 private rooms, all of which are over 400-square feet in size. Each room is set up like a studio apartment with their own private bath, and a kitchen area with table and chairs, all including their own private patio.
