Project Description

Construction of a new one-story, 1,000-square-foot concession/restroom building with masonry bearing walls, wood roof joists and asphalt shingle roof.  Construction of two 421-square-foot softball dugouts (home and guest) with seating and storage.  Construction of a new two-story 430-square-foot press box with storage on the second floor. Build was constructed of masonry bearing walls with wood rafters and a single membrane roof.
