Project Description

Lucas Oil's new, 70,000-square-foot, two-story, global headquarters features high-end finishes throughout including premium employee amenities, a museum space with memorabilia and photos, and a production studio designed to swiftly vehicles in and out of the building. This fast-tracked renovation included site-work, exterior facade enhancements and the complete demolition and buildout of the new interior spaces.  "We purchased this building and originally thought we'd do some minimal renovations: new paint, maybe take down a wall or two," Lucas Oil President Katie Lucas said. "We ended up tearing down every single wall, and it is a complete rebuild."
