This project included an 34,000 SF interior renovation and 52,000 SF addition of an existing building. The 52,000-square foot addition was designed as a packaging and distribution facility and includes offices, storage, employee support spaces and clean rooms. A portion of the addition was left shelled out for future expansion.
WESTFIELD, INDIANA
30,000 SF renovation including the remodel of six classrooms inside the original building.

BROWNSBURG, INDIANA
Beautiful 28,400 SF replacement church constructed on 71 acres of farm land in a suburb west of Indianapolis. The sanctuary accommodates more than 1,000 people and the roof features a large steel dome.
FISHERS, INDIANA
An 8,000 SF office space above Four Day Ray Brewing that houses a draft management system that enables users to view and analyze retail locations’ draft beer data on any device. The space features a modern, open office space with a collaborative conference room.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
This project consisted of a 44,000 SF addition and renovation to an existing building, including the addition of an outdoor storage area. The interior renovation included an audio box room, corporate office area, marketing workspace and research and development workspace.
WEST LAFAYETTE, INDIANA
New 3,360 SF modular facility with two 3T MRI units. The shielding (lead) in each MRI room needed to be designed to the specific magnet in the MRI unit. The MRI machines focus on human sciences research for the College of Health and Human Sciences and the College of Engineering.
PARIS, ILLINOIS
A 50,000 SF renovation and addition to the Paris Community Hospital. Renovations were completed in 26 patient rooms. A central plant and a physician office building was added to the hospital to help with the daily functions of the hospital and a connector to the mobile MRI.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
New 51,000 SF medical facility for St. Vincent. The Oncology Department is on the first floor and the Hematology Oncology of Indiana, which performs surgical, medical, and gynecological oncology services to patients, is housed on the second floor.
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA
This project included a renovation and addition of 54,500 SF at an existing hospital. The Emergency Department was renovated and expanded during this project and six new Fast Track Exam Rooms were added to the Emergency Department. Both the ICU and PCU renovations allowed the area to function as two separate units.
