The shop’s newest location in downtown Indianapolis was a build-out that included many moving parts. From a new kitchen and cook line, to pastry bar and gelato area, the existing space was transformed into an area that they could call their own.

A 5,000 SF interior renovation of an existing retail space to make room for a cigar bar and cocktail lounge.
Indianapolis, Indiana & El Paso, Texas
The Indianapolis Ruth’s Chris location was a build-out of an existing retail center. It includes main level dining and a bar area with a mezzanine level with private dining rooms. This location is one of the largest Ruth’s Chris locations in the United States. The El Paso location was a build-out of an existing location and includes private dining, patio dining, and a spacious bar area.
Fishers, Indiana
New construction of a 19,700 SF mixed-use building that includes a restaurant, brewery and offices. This restaurant features multiple custom finishes including the bar top. Garage doors open the restaurant to a spacious patio for guests.
Indianapolis, Indiana
New 10,660 SF two-story restaurant and brewery. Before the project could start, the original structure was demolished. Reclaimed materials were incorporated into the design of the building and exposed steel columns run through the interior of the restaurants and brewery. The restaurant features seating right off the Monon Trail for guests on the patio.
Anderson, Fishers, Greenwood, Indianapolis, West Lafayette, & New Castle, Indiana
Multiple new restaurants designed to fit the corporate Buffalo Wild Wings theme, while maintaining individuality at the different locations.
Indianapolis & West Lafayette, Indiana
Two design-build tenant improvements for restaurants. These interior renovations involved selective demolition throughout the building. Unique, custom kitchen hoods were placed in each location.
Fishers & Zionsville, Indiana
Tenant build-out of multiple locations over 2,400 SF. Commercial kitchen equipment was installed at both locations and the renovations included an upgrade of MEPs and custom flame paint on the walls.
