Meyer Najem recently completed work on the Washington Township of Avon Fire Department Station 144. The 10,217 square foot project broke ground in June of 2021 and was completed on time and on budget. The Johnson County Public Library Project is 17,000 sq ft of new construction consisting of an adult learning center, interactive children’s space, and nature trail with plans for community gardens.

The Nickel Plate Trail and Tunnel project is comprised of approximately 1.25 miles of new construction, including a new pedestrian tunnel under 116th Street, a pedestrian bridge, and landscaping/new lighting features throughout.

The Speedway Municipal Center was a 42,000 square foot renovation to an existing two-story building. Originally a bank and office building, Meyer Najem transformed the building into the Town of Speedway’s new town hall and police headquarters.

The 40,000 square foot facility, located in Fishers, Indiana, is now able to provide a temporary home to over 400 dogs and cats. The facility is complete with dual-living kennels, indoor and outdoor space for dogs to run and play, indoor and outdoor cat patios for fresh air, a health and wellness center to prioritize quality of life.
