Beech Grove, IN
The Beech Grove Police Department Headquarters project included the construction of a new two-story building, spanning 15,970 square feet, showcasing an innovative and modern design. Naturally, no undertaking of this scale is without its challenges, and Meyer Najem navigated material delays and escalating costs successfully to overcome these obstacles.
Indianapolis, Indiana
Broad Ripple Park is adding to their ever-expanding history of serving the Indianapolis community with the addition of the new Broad Ripple Park Family Center.
Avon, Indiana
Meyer Najem recently completed work on the Washington Township of Avon Fire Department Station 144. The 10,217 square foot project broke ground in June of 2021 and was completed on time and on budget. Meyer Najem served as the Construction Manager and also utilized our self-performance team on the project.
Tipton, Indiana
Meyer Najem partnered with HAND, an organization that addresses the housing needs of low and moderate-income individuals, families, and senior citizens, to build five 1,000 square foot houses in Tipton, Indiana.
Whiteland, Indiana
The Johnson County Public Library Project is 17,000 sq ft of new construction consisting of an adult learning center, interactive children’s space, and nature trail with plans for community gardens.
Fishers, Indiana
The Nickel Plate Trail and Tunnel project is comprised of approximately 1.25 miles of new construction, including a new pedestrian tunnel under 116th Street, a pedestrian bridge, and landscaping/new lighting features throughout.
Speedway, Indiana
The Speedway Municipal Center was a 42,000 square foot renovation to an existing two-story building. Originally a bank and office building, Meyer Najem transformed the building into the Town of Speedway’s new town hall and police headquarters.

Meyer Najem recently completed an incredible project at the Fall Creek Nature Area, involving the construction of new boardwalks over existing ravines and wetlands.

The 40,000 square foot facility, located in Fishers, Indiana, is now able to provide a temporary home to over 400 dogs and cats. The facility is complete with dual-living kennels, indoor and outdoor space for dogs to run and play, indoor and outdoor cat patios for fresh air, a health and wellness center to prioritize quality of life.
