40,000 SF facility with brick and glass exterior and interior theme with a clerestory space running diagonally through and over the main aisle way. New rooms include a “Teen Zone”, meeting rooms, classrooms, and an Indiana Room showcasing state, local and family-history records.
KOKOMO, INDIANA
Minor league baseball stadium with 2,350 fixed seats, 1,500 lawn seats, enclosed suites with dedicated outside seating, concessions, hospitality areas with covered canopies, and an open concourse. This project was a 2016 ABC Award of Excellence Winner.
NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA
77,000 SF project that included a 66,000 SF addition to City Hall and an 11,000 SF renovation to the Carnegie Library. Although modern and up-to-date, Noblesville City Hall pays homage to the original design of the oldest section of the building.
WESTFIELD, INDIANA
12,000 SF, full-service municipal fire station that includes a full kitchen and dining area, a dormitory room that sleeps eight, an exercise room, parking, and two drive through apparatus bays.

WESTFIELD, INDIANA
Meyer Najem served as the construction manager for Grand Park, a 350-acre family sports destination like no other. The sports campus features a full-range of championship-level outdoor facilities for baseball, softball and field sports including soccer, football, field hockey, and lacrosse. It includes an extensive irrigation system, nine lakes, trees and hills and 4,700 parking spaces that are connected by a single road that runs through Grand Park to ensure safety.
LAWRENCE, INDIANA
First outdoor pool facility in the City of Lawrence. The project features a 185,000 gallon pool with a 53 foot-long slide plus a spray park and zero-depth entry family pool.
NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA
131,600 SF three-story addition and renovation that includes a processing area, jail, conference rooms, and offices.
