Meyer Najem to Build New Cancer Center at Community Hospital North
(Fishers, Indiana) — October 7, 2015 As one of the leading construction firms in the Midwest, Meyer Najem was selected to serve as construction manager of the $30 million cancer center at Community Hospital North.
The new three-story, 122,000-square-foot oncology center will be built south of the Community Heart and Vascular Hospital along Shadeland Avenue. It will also be connected to Community Hospital North via a sky bridge.
The new cancer center will be designed with patients, physicians and staff in mind. The project includes:
- 2 Linear accelerator vaults
- 1 HDR vault
- PET CT, CT, MRI rooms
- Multiple infusion treatment rooms
- Exam and office space
- Several nature gardens
- Decorative and concrete areas
