Meet Meyer Najem
Aristotle once wisely said that, “The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” You’ll see that at Meyer Najem. Each department is strong individually, comprised of self-motivated high achievers, but put us all together, and you get one exceptionally high performing team. Whether you call it synergy, teamwork or something else, a special culture is created when a company works together towards a common goal.
A Business Development person who cultivates a strong relationship with an Owner needs to trust that he’s handing over a hard-won project to a strong Project Manager and Superintendent, otherwise his work will be in vain. Likewise, if a Project Manager requests that a Project Accountant process payment for a subcontractor’s work he needs to know that’s happening efficiently to ensure we have a pool of satisfied subcontractors.
When the keys are turned over to the Owner at the end of a construction project, you may not see the Estimator who developed the essential cost estimates early on, or the Virtual Design Manager who created laser scans that caught conflicts in the design stage saving time and money, or the Safety Advisor who ensured a 100% injury-free jobsite, but they were all essential parts of the team. And, ultimately, they all worked toward the same end goal of crafting buildings that meet the highest industry standards.
So what are the parts that go into the whole that is Meyer Najem? Over the next few weeks we’re going to profile some of our departments and the people within them.
Meet Meyer Najem.
