Minor league baseball stadium with 2,350 fixed seats, 1,500 lawn seats, enclosed suites with dedicated outside seating, concessions, hospitality areas with covered canopies, and an open concourse. This project was a 2016 ABC Award of Excellence Winner.
Greenfield, Indiana
40,000 SF facility with brick and glass exterior and interior theme with a clerestory space running diagonally through and over the main aisle way. New rooms include a “Teen Zone”, meeting rooms, classrooms, and an Indiana Room showcasing state, local and family-history records.

100,000 SF addition & renovation featuring a new entry lobby with a circulation desk and a renovated atrium.
Anderson, Indiana (LEED Certified)
This 80,000 SF multi-tenant business and industrial facility achieved LEED certification through the installation of geothermal heat pumps for the office space and a solar wall utilizing passive solar heat. The facility also features 12 docks and two drive-in docks with a 32-foot clear span.
Carmel, Greenwood, & Noblesville, Indiana
Multiple new locations around central Indiana. All locations include a lounge for guests that features a café and an activity wall for children. Each location has one car wash tunnel and three bays for the finishing stations.

The state-of-the-art, 17,000-square foot micro-hospital consists of seven outpatient and eight in-patient beds. The facility includes a Radiology department and Trauma unit, while also staffing at all times, an emergency room physician, with the capabilities of performing ultrasounds, X-ray’s and CT scans.

5,668 SF renovation to an existing hospital which included the renovation of the Cancer Center to fit a new Varian Linear Accelerator. Exam rooms were added and the main waiting room was renovated to be more accommodating.
