Anderson, Indiana (LEED Certified)
This 80,000 SF multi-tenant business and industrial facility achieved LEED certification through the installation of geothermal heat pumps for the office space and a solar wall utilizing passive solar heat. The facility also features 12 docks and two drive-in docks with a 32-foot clear span.

Multiple new locations around central Indiana. All locations include a lounge for guests that features a café and an activity wall for children. Each location has one car wash tunnel and three bays for the finishing stations.

24,000 SF addition to the existing 33,000 SF gymnastics center that features a 6,000 SF mezzanine. The school serves over 300 competitive gymnasts and cheerleaders and nearly 1,000 students in recreation classes.
