Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the new Block 20 Development project addresses the continued growth in the surrounding community. The goal of this project was to provide a destination for residents to enjoy several different amenities in a single location.
The project highlights a five-story multi-family housing complex with 78 units, a seven-story precast parking garage with 254 spaces, as well as a 5,600 square foot, first floor commercial retail area.
Meyer Najem was focused on ensuring this development was pushed forward in a timely manner. Superintendent, Michael Najem, and Project Executive, Jeremy Dixon, worked on creating a high-end finished residential design that has been laid out to maximize efficiency. The square footage of the units provides an effective rent solution for tenants wanting to break into the downtown housing market while taking advantage of all the opportunities the city has to offer.
