Gallery Pastry Shop The shop’s newest location in downtown Indianapolis was a build-out that included many moving parts. From a new kitchen and cook line, to pastry bar and gelato area, the existing space was transformed into an area that they could call their own. Social Cantina’s second location, in downtown Carmel, Indiana, consisted of a full interior buildout starting from a gravel floor and empty shell.
This 3,200 square-foot renovation was completed inside the distillery’s 9,000 square-foot active production facility that houses barrels, copper sills, fermenting tanks, and other essential equipment.

Lawrence, Indiana
The Meyer Najem Special Projects team undertook a comprehensive renovation of the historic PX Building at Fort Benjamin Harrison. From its 1908 origins as an army store to its later use as a non-commissioned officers’ club, the building stood vacant for two decades after the base closure. Now, as the final historic landmark redeveloped at Fort Ben, the Meyer Najem team approached the renovation with respect for the building’s legacy.
