The 22,000-square foot, single-story facility was designed for the hospice patient, their families, and the hospice provider. The facility includes 20 private rooms, all of which are over 400-square feet in size. Each room is set up like a studio apartment with their own private bath, and a kitchen area with table and chairs, all including their own private patio.

The Mainstreet – Houston Transitional Care facility is a two-story, 68,673 SF transitional building for skilled nursing care with 94 assisted living units. The luxury healthcare facility features restaurant-style cafes, private rooms and modern furnishings on lush, green grounds.

An 81,771 SF, two-story assisted living facility. Residents have access to an ice cream shop, hair salon and garden rooms. There is also a physical therapy room for residents to work with physical therapists on their mobility.
