Multiple interior renovations of existing locations for Big Red Liquor stores. The corporate office location was expanded and included in the retail renovations.

Two 6,000 SF retail buildings received selective demolition and renovation. Each building received new exterior finishes as well as a new roof. One tenant space was renovated with new walls, flooring, ductwork and other building upgrades.

A 24,613 SF strip mall renovation. The strip mall will be home to multiple retail stores including an Earth Fare grocery store.
Fishers, Indiana
A multi-phased, 123,000 SF renovation project. The phased portions of the project were designed to allow current retail stores to stay open during the construction process. Demolition of the existing Marsh and Goodwill will be replaced with a Kroger and an updated Goodwill.
