What do Project Managers do?
Our Project Managers share a passion for construction, and building buildings that will impact the community for years to come. It’s our goal to “build something great so our clients can enjoy the journey.” Our Project Managers focus on leading the schedule, quality, budget and communication of all projects. In addition, they coordinate all parts of the construction process. Often, they are streamlining processes and strategizing with engineers, architects, and other vendors.
What does our construction process look like?
From the beginning, Project Managers are focused on leading projects with an emphasis on building strong relationships with our clients. Project Managers work side by side with the preconstruction team so when the project is ready to begin, our team is prepared to get started. We break our projects down into phases to meet deadlines and make sure each part of the project is progressing as planned. Throughout the entire process, we integrate technology to be in constant communication with all parties involved.
What makes the Project Manager team successful?
We kick off projects by asking owners to name four to five critical factors that reflect a successful job. We make sure we hit those targets and our clients’ expectations along the way. Our Project Managers ensure that we maximize our timeline to keep costs down and have minimal to zero disruptions.
