Tipton, Indiana
85,000 SF, three-story expansion and penthouse addition to an existing hospital. This project included additional parking and relocation of the mobile MRI unit, which was previously located on the south side of the hospital.
Seymour, Indiana
This 256,900 SF project included a renovation and new two-story and five-story additions to an existing hospital. This project was completed in 18 phases. The renovated areas included cardiac rehab, endoscopy, pre-and post-operation recovery, materials management area, laboratory, pharmacy, MIS, and office support areas. Patient rooms received an upgrade from semi-private to private.
Lebanon, Indiana
This project consisted of two new medical office buildings; a two-story building equipped with a linear accelerator and a three-story building. The common areas were built out, which tie into the existing hospital and a build-out was also done for the cancer center.
Noblesville, Indiana
New, 123,000 SF, three-story, state-of-the-art women’s center on the campus of Riverview Hospital. The building includes maternity services, mammography and osteoporosis screenings, prenatal and birthing classrooms, a pharmacy and retail shops.

Single-story, 34,000 SF addition that included the replacement of 15 semi-private rooms and 26 all-private rooms with updated technology in each room. Other areas that were included in the renovation were the waiting rooms, nurses’ stations, trauma rooms and four ambulance bays.

12,000 SF phased renovation of the ICU. The renovation included new nursing and charting stations, allowing all rooms to be continuously monitored. The 24 patient rooms were renovated for patient harm reduction, which provides hospital staff with all supplies that could be needed in an emergency without having to leave the room.
Montgomery, Alabama (LEED Silver)
150,000 SF LEED Silver medical clinic that doubled the size of the previous VA clinic. This facility includes dental, eye and general exams as well as radiology services for veterans.
Jacksonville, Florida (LEED Silver)
135,500 SF LEED Silver medical clinic that expanded the VA clinic services with additional diagnostic equipment and staff specialists. The clinic provides a broad range of general and specialized medical, dental, surgical, psychiatric, nursing and ancillary services.
Indianapolis, Indiana
New 122,855 SF, 3-story cancer center with a warm and contemporary design that expands oncology services on the hospital campus. The project also included a 900-foot suspended walkway bridge connecting Community Hospital North to Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
