Two 19,693 SF student housing buildings with 18 four-bedroom units and one 23,199 SF building with 24 two-bedroom units. The project also included a Clubhouse with several amenities for residents.
Nickel Plate District Amphitheater
Fishers, Indiana
The Nickel Plate District Amphitheater is one of Central Indiana’s premier outdoor music and event venues. It hosts a variety of events including concerts, cultural events, festivals, the Fishers Farmers Market, and more. The outdoor venue is open year-round and can accommodate performances from a simple acoustic set to a 5,000 person concert.
South Street Residential – Purdue University
West Lafayette, Indiana
New, 47,902 SF four-story, 40-unit student housing facility. The project started with the demolition of an existing structure. A partial underground parking lot is available for residents and solar panels were installed on the roof to help with energy efficiency in the apartment units.
Fishers Fire Station #96
Fishers, Indiana
New 11,700 SF fire station with three bays and a police substation.
Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House – Butler University
Indianapolis, Indiana (LEED Certified)
The first LEED certified fraternity house in the State of Indiana, the Phi Delta Theta project was a 11,600 SF renovation of the original 1929 structure. The renovation included the upgrade of the electrical and heating and cooling systems and the exterior limestone was patched and repaired.
Heap/Hofer Town Aquatic Center
Brookville, Indiana
The Town of Brookville assembled a special committee with local business and community leaders to help guide the process and direction of the update. The entire town helped fund this project to bring this new pool to life.
Delta Gamma Sorority House – Butler University
Indianapolis, Indiana
New 10,200 SF three-story building with a basement. The addition included a new chapter room and a dining room addition with a sun deck. The interior of existing house received new finishes, additional bathroom space, and a computer/study room.
Lambda Chi Alpha – Butler University
Indianapolis, Indiana
A 15,000 SF complete interior finish update that included structural repairs and remodeling the common areas. All the walls, ceilings, and floors were renovated in the common areas of the exiting building.
Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority House – Purdue University
West Lafayette, Indiana
5,000 SF renovation of an existing sorority house that included installing new vinyl plank flooring in the dining room. A feasibility study was also completed to assist with developing information for a capitol campaign.
