BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA
427 SF HVAC modification to a clean room fill line. Constructed a new enclosure around the fill machine in clean room, the current HEPA filter, ceiling and ductwork was removed and replaced, and new under-floor wiring was installed.
WEST LAFAYETTE, INDIANA
New 3,360 SF modular facility with two 3T MRI units; one unit is GE and the other is Siemens. The shielding (lead) in each MRI room needed to be designed to the specific magnet in the MRI unit. The MRI facility is going to further Purdue through research of both animals and concussions in athletes.
CARMEL, INDIANA
The Carmel Amphitheater, also known as Village on the Green, consisted of brick paver walks, decomposed granite display parking for farmers’ market vendors, permeable paver horseshoe drive including parking space for the Palladium, office building and civic theater. Outdoor green space also included lighting and outdoor amphitheater.

25,000 SF single-story corporate wellness center that serves as the primary entrance for employees who bike to work. Several group fitness and multipurpose rooms are in the building and the East Commons area is equipped with a synthetic rubber track and a turf soccer field.

10,375 SF tenant improvement with an office renovation within the Meridian Plaza office building that included new iPad stations for scheduling conference rooms.
Bloomington, French Lick & Terre Haute, Indiana
Multiple interior renovations of existing locations for Big Red Liquor stores. The corporate office location was expanded and included in the retail renovations.
Plainfield, Indiana
Two 6,000 SF retail buildings received selective demolition and renovation. Each building received new exterior finishes as well as a new roof. One tenant space was renovated with new walls, flooring, ductwork and other building upgrades.
