Holy Spirit at Geist Youth Center

Meyer Najem constructed an addition to the existing youth center building, which included a warming kitchen, meeting rooms, and classrooms on the lower level with a basketball gym on the main floor.

Humane Society for Hamilton County

The 40,000 square foot facility, located in Fishers, Indiana, is now able to provide a temporary home to over 400 dogs and cats. The facility is complete with dual-living kennels, indoor and outdoor space for dogs to run and play, indoor and outdoor cat patios for fresh air, a health and wellness center to prioritize quality of life.

Nickel Plate Office Building

An award-winning, 42,000 SF two-story building that is home to Meyer Najem Construction. The building was designed using locally manufactured and harvested materials and includes a public art display in the second floor atrium, an indoor bike storage facility, and an outdoor patio that backs up to pedestrian/bike trails.
Hancock Sugar Creek Library

Kenra Corporate Office

A 17,684 SF office build-out featuring an open-ceiling concept with storefront dividing walls. Brick walls are exposed throughout the office area and the original architectural columns were incorporated in the office layout.
Dunne & Flaherty Residence Halls – Notre Dame

New men’s and women’s residence halls each totaling 68,726 SF. Each residence hall has five stories including a basement. Each residence hall has 225 rooms.
