Indianapolis, Indiana
New 10,660 SF two-story restaurant and brewery. Before the project could start, the original structure was demolished. Reclaimed materials were incorporated into the design of the building and exposed steel columns run through the interior of the restaurants and brewery. The restaurant features seating right off the Monon Trail for guests on the patio.
Fishers, Indiana
New construction of a 19,700 SF mixed-use building that includes a restaurant, brewery and offices. This restaurant features multiple custom finishes including the bar top. Garage doors open the restaurant to a spacious patio for guests.
Indianapolis, Indiana & El Paso, Texas
The Indianapolis Ruth’s Chris location was a build-out of an existing retail center. It includes main level dining and a bar area with a mezzanine level with private dining rooms. This location is one of the largest Ruth’s Chris locations in the United States. The El Paso location was a build-out of an existing location and includes private dining, patio dining, and a spacious bar area.

A 5,000 SF interior renovation of an existing retail space to make room for a cigar bar and cocktail lounge.
Bloomington, Indiana
New, 12,500 SF gothic-style academic building. The two-story limestone building houses administrative offices, lounges for collaborative work-study, classrooms, advising offices, and a library for students on the Indiana University Bloomington campus.
West Lafayette, Indiana
5,000 SF renovation of an existing sorority house that included installing new vinyl plank flooring in the dining room. A feasibility study was also completed to assist with developing information for a capitol campaign.
Indianapolis, Indiana
New 10,200 SF three-story building with a basement. The addition included a new chapter room and a dining room addition with a sun deck. The interior of existing house received new finishes, additional bathroom space, and a computer/study room.

A 15,000 SF complete interior finish update that included structural repairs and remodeling the common areas. All the walls, ceilings, and floors were renovated in the common areas of the exiting building.
Indianapolis, Indiana (LEED Certified)
The first LEED certified fraternity house in the State of Indiana, the Phi Delta Theta project was a 11,600 SF renovation of the original 1929 structure. The renovation included the upgrade of the electrical and heating and cooling systems and the exterior limestone was patched and repaired.
