The facility includes 20 private rooms, all of which are over 400-square feet in size. Each room is set up like a studio apartment with their own private bath, and a kitchen area with table and chairs, all including their own private patio.

The Mainstreet – Houston Transitional Care facility is a two-story, 68,673 SF transitional building for skilled nursing care with 94 assisted living units. The luxury healthcare facility features restaurant-style cafes, private rooms and modern furnishings on lush, green grounds.
