As construction neared completion on the Hub & Spoke building in Fishers, Indiana, several soon-to-be tenants for the building’s Design Center partnered with Meyer Najem to not only bring their unique vision to life, but to complete the connection between business and the community.

The Speedway Municipal Center was a 42,000 square foot renovation to an existing two-story building. Originally a bank and office building, Meyer Najem transformed the building into the Town of Speedway’s new town hall and police headquarters.

Two design-build tenant improvements for restaurants. These interior renovations involved selective demolition throughout the building. Unique, custom kitchen hoods were placed in each location.

150,000 SF LEED Silver medical clinic that doubled the size of the previous VA clinic. This facility includes dental, eye and general exams as well as radiology services for veterans.
