Baptist Health Lake Asbury

Meyer Najem Southeast played a key role in the construction of the Baptist Health Lake Asbury Primary Care facility, a 10,500-square-foot project completed in a 10-month timeframe.
St. John the Baptist Catholic Church
Tipton, Indiana
Built on the same property and oriented the same as the original church, the new St. John the Baptist Catholic Church is a landmark in the Tipton community. In 2016, St. John’s announced their decision to demolish their original 125-year-old church because of structural deficiencies. Using many of the historical furnishings, such as doors and stained glass windows, the new, 11,352-square-foot church is an integration of originality and new technology.
UF Health Eustis Emergency Care Facility

The Meyer Najem Southeast team is proud to have delivered the UF Health Eustis Emergency Care Facility, an approximately 11,000-square-foot building dedicated to serving the Eustis community.
Moon Drops Distillery

This 3,200 square-foot renovation was completed inside the distillery’s 9,000 square-foot active production facility that houses barrels, copper sills, fermenting tanks, and other essential equipment.
Beech Grove Police Department Headquarters

The Beech Grove Police Department Headquarters project included the construction of a new two-story building, spanning 15,970 square feet, showcasing an innovative and modern design. Naturally, no undertaking of this scale is without its challenges, and Meyer Najem navigated material delays and escalating costs successfully to overcome these obstacles.
